Do you have any certifications like BIS, CE, RoHS, TUV and others?
Yes. We have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, China energy saving certification, CB, CE, ROHS, IEC, and for EU customers we have products that can pass new ErP2.0, EMT2.0 requirements.
Can you provide customized services?
Yes, we can provide one-stop solutions, such as ODM/OEM, Lighting solution, Lighting mode, Logo print, Change Color, and Package Design. Formal confirmation with all details before production is required.
What are your terms of payment?
T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight, DP, online order, West Union, and PayPal are all acceptable. Normal payment terms: 30% deposit, balance paid against copy of BL (mostly). With long cooperation, it is negotiable.
What's the difference between Motion sensor and PIR sensor?
A motion sensor (also called a radar sensor) works by emitting high-frequency electric waves and detecting people's movement. A PIR sensor works by detecting environmental temperature changes, which usually has a 3-8 meters sensor distance. A motion sensor can reach 10-15 meters distance and is more accurate and sensitive.
Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
Yes, our normal warranty is 2 years. We also offer 3-5 years for premium products. The lamps can still work normally after 3 years under normal usage conditions.
