How can I get the samples?
We support sample ordering. Samples require payment for both sample cost and shipping cost.
The sample cost will be fully refunded once you place a bulk order.
How do you provide OEM/ODM services, and what’s your MOQ?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 100 pieces, and we support sample taking.
For OEM/ODM services (e.g., appearance customization, logo printing), if certification application or mold customization is involved,
please communicate separately with our sales representatives.
Our China/Vietnam factories will produce samples for your review before mass production.
