Q1 Are you a Factory or trading company?
We are a factory with import and export license.
Q2 When will the products be deliveried if the order has been placed?
The models we have in stock can be shipped out in 7 days and it will take about 10-28 days for the customised items.
Q3 What is your quality control process?
We strictly follow the ISO procedures. We do 100% checking for PCB, LED, Body Material, and 100% test the function of our finished products before shipment.
Q4 What Certificates do you have?
We've got CE, RoHS, FCC for European and American Market customers.
Q5 What's your warranty?
Warranty Policy:
- 1. Product quality defective rate is about 2% based on AQL1.0 (major) and AQL2.5 (minor).
- 2. Time Period: 12 months warranty for main light; 3 months for battery and chargers.
- 3. Factory quality problem over defective rate is free to replace accessories or main light.
- 4. Transportation damage is outside the scope of free warranty.
- 5. Man-made damage is outside the scope of free warranty.
- 6. Shipping insurance to be effected by the Buyer.
Q6 What's your payment terms?
For sample orders, we prefer Paypal, Trade Assurance, WestUnion, and MoneyGram with 100% payment before shipment.
For mass production orders, we prefer T/T, Trade Assurance, and L/C with 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipping.
